With over two decades of experience rooted in learning, transformation, and people-first leadership, I bring a unique blend of corporate acumen, deep emotional intelligence, and holistic healing practices to everything I do.After a successful early career, I took a conscious pause of 14 years to raise my family—during which I explored and studied counselling, healing, and human development. This journey reshaped me and deepened my empathy, making me more attuned to individual growth, systemic change, and authentic communication.Today, I wear multiple hats:Learning & Development Facilitator | Soft Skills & Process TrainerDEI Champion | Chair, Mental Health ERG | Head, POSH CommitteeBiographical Counsellor | Somatic Healing PractitionerClient-Facing Leader with Global Recruitment ExperienceI specialize in designing and delivering impactful training, facilitating psychological safety, and fostering inclusive, engaged workplaces. Whether it’s coaching new hires or leading conversations around mental health and diversity, I believe in meeting people where they are—with respect, curiosity, and care.If you're building people, you're building the business. I'm here for both.
