An engineering graduate from University College of Engineering, Burla (VSSUT), I had interest to purse my career in HR domain rather than choosing the technical domain. This led me to purse post graduation in Human resources. I have13 years experience in the HR domain which includes stint in Talent Management, training & development with Varroc Group, Fiat, Volkswagen, Rieter, Suzlon Energy ltd. My earlier exposure to core HR processes was with Hindustan Coca Cola.
