About Smita Shejale

I have twelve years of experience out of which eight+ years in Accenture Australia, working as an analyst in optimising and delivering technology projects and operational processes for high-performing clients. I assist business projects to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non- technical information. Once the business process is clearly understood, I outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements. I was engaged to work on IT and business transformation projects, and also had experience being deployed onto projects running in the business areas. I help to bridge the gap between IT and the wider business. Additionally, I have performed various roles at a consulting capacity servicing holistic application environment at all technology stacks including Infrastructure, Storage, Network and Application layers on premise or cloud (AWS). I am also very well versed with the Service Management processes for structurally managing changes, releases, problems and incidents. One of my key responsibilities is to execute hands-on experience in an outsourcing model to design, build, test, implement and support (monitoring) end to end environments with the Technology Vendors and Accenture Off-shore involvement. • Work With Business – Engage and collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to improve operational excellence. • Stakeholder Engagement – Coordinate with stakeholders for facilitation of operational activities related to upkeep of a business process. • Operational Excellence – Maintain and build where necessary, Operating Procedures across Business Requirement Documentation, Applications, Servers and Identity support and Administration.
