Having 9 years of experience in B2B sales. Started career in 2011 as a Business Development Executive, with a promotional company, Infocom Network Limited. For 1.9 years I was associated with them. It was field based sales job. Where I used to visit small and medium manufacturers, and meet decision makers i.e. Owners, Proprietors & Marketing Heads etc. So after visits, I was in followup with them, after negotiation, was closing the sales calls. Then after I joined a distribution company as a telesales executive. Where my job was getting orders online and exceeding on month targets. Later I was promoted as Assistant Manager-Telesales, after that I started managing a team of 15 sales person. I was responsible for Monthly team targets, individuals performance, training & development and for other team activities. I worked their for almost 7 Years. Currently I am working with an Australia based distribution company, they are in Electronic Components Distribution, India X-On Electronics Pvt Ltd. Here my role is to manage Key Accounts of an organization, pan India, and also manage Field and Inside Sales Team.
