From a small town in India to earning my Master’s in Cybersecurity at Georgia Tech, my journey has been driven by a deep curiosity about how systems work—and how they break. I came to the U.S. as an international student with a goal: to become someone who doesn’t just react to threats, but anticipates and neutralizes them before they hit. Throughout my academic and professional experience, I’ve built a strong foundation in threat detection, SIEM implementation, and incident response. Whether I was configuring a custom Elastic SIEM for real-time threat hunting or simulating advanced cyberattacks in an EDR Home Lab, I consistently focused on outcomes: reducing false positives, cutting down investigation time, and improving response workflows. I've held roles in security operations centers where I managed IDS/IPS systems, performed forensic malware analysis, and optimized detection rules to elevate SOC efficiency. My toolkit includes Splunk, LimaCharlie, ELK Stack, Nmap, and Wireshark, and I’ve mapped threats using frameworks like MITRE ATT & CK, NIST, and OWASP. But what really sets me apart is my mindset. I see cybersecurity as a blend of proactive defense and continuous innovation. My goal is to grow within an organization where I can contribute to strengthening cyber resilience, stay ahead of adversaries, and keep learning every day.
