Hi! I’m Smitha, writer, speaker, and co-founder of MyndStories and Habitize, two platforms reshaping how India approaches mental well-being. In 2021, I went through a harrowing time with COVID. The anxiety and trauma that followed made me realize how easily we neglect our mental health, especially when it’s invisible. That experience became the starting point for building platforms that speak to the mind with clarity, care, and courage. At MyndStories, we’re building India’s first content-led mental health ecosystem, offering therapy, relatable stories, podcasts, and group sessions to make mental health human again. At Habitize, we’re creating a science-backed, habit-first approach to mental well-being.
