A purpose-driven senior marketer with over 15 years experience working within high profile brands across a range of commercial and not-for-profit organisations. I am passionate about developing inclusive marketing strategies and promoting diversity within the workplace. As such, I now consult within the area of Leading Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, facilitating workshops for client teams across topics such as unconscious bias, privilege, microagressions and active allyship. Across my career, I have adopted an insight-led approach aided by strong commercial acumen and a passion for creativity which has enabled me to work successfully with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative brand campaigns and engaging EDI workshops. I have a wealth of consumer, trade and partnership marketing experience across retail, broadcast, travel and charity sectors having led the delivery of advertising campaigns, channel launches, rebrands and adsales initiatives within the UK and across EMEA.
