About Snehal Bhingare

Creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer adept at working on the design of various accessories for women. As a fashion designer working at VROU, I research current fashion trends, forecast what will be popular with consumers, and take inspiration from the world around me to create fresh and original designs. Armed with a Masters degree in Fashion Designing, I decide on fabrics, colours and patterns, produce sample designs and adjust them until I am happy with the final product. What I like best about being a fashion designer is the element of freedom I have in my creations. I have worked with interlinked departments in the fashion industry hand-in-hand, which includes designing, pattern making, sampling, stitching, printing. It is this that made me an ardent lover of my own job. A textile technologist who leverages expertise in product development, sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and relationship building skills to drive and deliver solid business results. Strong leadership skills, demonstrated success with managing initiatives of varying scope and sizes, and working collaboratively for optimal results. An energetic person enriched in with real passion for delivering first rate service to become a part of the progressive workforce and work for the growth and benefit of the organization as well as aspire to increase my knowledge. During all these years of my journey, I have been fortunate enough to have real time experience in sustainable recreation for business excellence, vendor management, costing and merchandising.
