I am currently working as an Automation and electrical engineering Manager at Evac Group, a leader in sustainable waste and waste management, marine growth prevention, and corrosion protection. With over 12 years of experience in sectors such as Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food and now in Marine, I have developed a diverse and extensive skill set that enables me to drive positive change and growth for my clients and team. As a former Automation Engineer and Business Developer, I have expertise in delivering complex automation projects, managing cross-functional and international partnerships, and generating new business opportunities. I have an MBA in Leading Business Transformation from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where I have learned how to apply strategic thinking and leadership skills to create value and impact in a dynamic and competitive environment. Additionally, I am passionate about learning new languages and cultures and have achieved proficiency in Finnish, German, and English. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my achievements and contributions, as well as invited to share my insights and experiences at various events and platforms.
