I am currently working as ServiceNow Technical Consultant at TMLabs. I was a part of the ServiceNow NextGen program an extensive 9-week program being facilitated by experts from ServiceNow to equip graduates and return-to-work professionals with the knowledge and experience of ServiceNow. As a part of this program I got trained in ServiceNow Fundamentals ITSM fundamentals Flow designer Service Portal Integration hub Performance Analytics Mobile Development Scripting in ServiceNow and Application development in ServiceNow. I am an MBA graduate having 4+ years of IT experience with more than 1.5 years of experience in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) in various Domains; Have an MBA degree in Marketing & Analytics emphasis and an Engineering degree i.e. B.Tech in Information Technology from reputed educational institutions a rare blend of business acumen analytical skill technological acumen and management/leadership capabilities. Worked in Hexaware as an Intelligent automation consultant assessing the processes of our clients and providing consultation on the RPA and Machine Learning solutions. I have worked on IPA-related projects and am skilled at identifying IPA opportunities preparing solution design and managing stakeholders in end-to-end project life cycles; Mainly responsible for business development and expanding my presence in Intelligent Process Automation. I am trained in Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Previously I was a System Engineer at Infosys where I worked on a critical project of building a claim management system to ease the business of the Automobile Company.
