Bio has been shifted FROM ''Goal oriented and result driven marketing professional in automotive industry" TO ‘’I help individuals uplift the quality of their life‘’ So here I GO - I am a mechanical engineer worked in automotive industry for 8 years (Pune, Mumbai, Germany) and somewhere it lead me becoming a Yoga teacher and the journey goes on. I am passionate about changing people’s life by unfolding knowledge of Yoga. I believe the Eight limbs of Yoga help us in developing physical, mental, social, psychological and spiritual dimension of personality. Whether you are Student, Homemaker, Full time parent, corporate employee or a senior citizen yogic tools help everyone. I believe wellness is continues journey and everyone needs holistic approach towards health. Hence I do work on reversing lifestyle disorders and firmly believe that with right tools, trusting human body wisdom we can cure and elevate from any situation in life.
