Certified Scrum Master with over 19 years of experience in managing complex projects and leading high-visibility product launches. I have worked in two of the world’s leading markets – India and Germany, led teams in three continents - Asia, Europe and North America, and delivered projects across various industries including retail, e-commerce and automobiles. My specialties include requirement elicitation, business modelling and delivering solutions tailored to meet client priorities. Pioneered an organization-wide transformation at Valeo Siemens by driving process efficiencies and doubling overall productivity. Drove the incorporation of Agile principles across 10 business units arming over 180 employees with business analysis tools and techniques. Some of my key projects include development of the heart of the Mercedes Benz EQS, lifecycle management of Tata Steel B2B Sales app, Global Time Entry Tool Upgrade, and rollout of Carphone Warehouse Customer Service Platform in over 1100 US and UK locations. My inclusive leadership style encourages collaborative team efforts, eliminates conflicts and nurtures individual growth to achieve common goals. A thorough team player, I take a proactive approach in developing customer-centric solutions while remaining flexible when faced with ambiguity. From a career shift in India, a geographical move with vast socio-cultural differences, and overcoming the language barrier in an unfamiliar professional space to balancing motherhood with personal growth priorities, it’s been quite a journey. A firm believer in maintaining work-life balance, I work hard and party harder. Travelling is my passion and mountains my calling!
