Hey, I’m Snehal Sharma I’m a mid-level content marketer. I found my career aspirations in the BFSI and Healthcare industries. For the past 6+ years, technical product documentation, SEO, and user experience have contributed to my career foundation. I’m hyper-focused on finding authentic and strategic ways to repurpose and recreate value-driven content for my audience that engages readers and leads to the swift product adoption. For this, I primarily nag the developers, product managers, and sales & Marketing team to gather as much input as possible to sum it up clearly in a release note, or creating specific settings related configuration guide, user guide, and more for my audience. I’ve worked in a B2C and B2B product environment across to deliver financial product solutions and Cybersecurity IT product to create processes that increase the product usage, improve community engagement, decrease support calls, and increase profits. My medicine qualifications help me create meaningful connections with my clients/audience, identify their pain points, and gain impactful insight during research to create SEO optimized unique content. Additionally, it helps me bring the end-user perspective in the formal discussions to ensure the project is successful and meets the user requirements. I’ve grown content teams from the ground up and worked with several cross-functional teams to contribute to more business opportunities, bridge gaps and enhance team performance to bring the best results. As I’ve grown in my career, I’ve added more skills to my career other than production and I am actively engaged in product management, product lifecycle, design thinking, and creating digital strategy with the help of a stellar team. Currently, I am a part of one of the most important documentation teams at Pathlock and look after the B2B technical content development and management. Here I work with 3+ product teams, 12+ Product Managers, 2 UX designers, the Product Training team, and provide strategic direction for the Product documentation I’m also obsessed with my 13 planters, a furry Dog, and make it my mission to explore India from within.
