As a GSOC Shift Supervisor with over seven years of experience in Security Operations Centers (SOCs), I have developed a comprehensive skill set across incident management, security infrastructure optimization, and team leadership. In my current role at Infosys, I oversee critical infrastructure security, including Building Management Systems (BMS), Access Control Systems, and Power Fence operations.
