As a graduate with a Masters in Social Anthropology, I am eager to connect with individuals who share my passion for research, politics, social impact, policy, and advocacy. Prior to pursuing my Masters, I gained practical experience as a strategic research and insights associate at I-PAC, India, where I honed my skills in research, data analysis, and strategic thinking to support political campaigns and social initiatives. My research interests focus on South Asia, particularly India, and I am fascinated by the ways in which social anthropology can inform policy decisions and promote social justice in the region. Throughout my studies, I have developed a range of skills that can be valuable in various research and advocacy settings. My experience includes designing research projects, conducting qualitative data analysis, and communicating findings to diverse audiences. I have also honed my critical thinking skills, which enable me to approach complex problems from multiple perspectives and develop nuanced solutions. As a researcher and advocate, I am committed to engaging in work that can create positive change in the world. I believe that social anthropology has the potential to contribute significantly to policy decisions and social movements in South Asia and beyond. I am particularly interested in exploring how anthropological insights can be translated into effective policies that promote social justice, equity, and inclusion.
