About Soazig Bars

My experience in different teams and on various achievements allowed me to understand the different phases of an IT project. As a development and design engineer in the early years, I progressed to project steering and management functions, in Agile contexts, then to project director positions in international contexts. My objective is to help clients implement services and plan projects effectively, address customer issues with efficiency and build positive relationships with our customers. The responsibilities entrusted to me allowed me to put into practice my skills in leading large-scale projects and to show my aptitudes to guide and energize the production teams, and demonstrated my strong commitment to meet the objectives in terms of quality or timeline, but also my ability to be a team player and a problem-solver.
