About Sobha Deepthika

As a Human Resources Analyst at Deloitte India (Offices of the US), I work as a Sourcing Specialist for Consulting needs, handling requirements related to Salesforce, Data Science.Net and Campaign Operations. I use various channels for sourcing candidates, such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, Hiretual, Meetups, Kaggle and Taleo, and maintain a healthy and positive relationship with Leads from US. I also evaluate resumes received from Deloitte Career Fairs and contribute to the hiring process. I have a M.Tech degree in Digital Electronics and Communications Engineering from St.Mary's Group of Institutions, where I learned the fundamentals of digital systems, communication networks, and signal processing. I have leveraged my technical background and customer service skills in my previous roles as a Recruiter at BCforward and a Resource Specialist at ASK Staffing, where I handled multiple direct clients, VMS portals, and MSP processes. I enjoy connecting with people all over the world and helping them find the right opportunities that suit their unique requirements and goals.
