As a Senior Consultant at VMware, I strategically plan and lead multi-cloud infrastructure accelerator engagements, implementations, roll-outs, and migrations for customers in various industries and regions. I have over 15 years of IT experience, including 10 years of customer facing delivery for IT infrastructure projects both remotely and onsite, using VMware and DellEMC products such as VCF, HCX, vSAN, vSphere, SAN switches, Unity, Recoverpoint, VxRail and VxBlock. I am passionate about leveraging my technical knowledge, customer-facing skills, and cross-cultural communication abilities to align technical solutions with business requirements and establish strong relationships with clients. I am fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and I have traveled across Africa and the Middle East, meeting diverse customer needs and expectations. I am also a fresh MBA grad from Sorbonne Business School, where I am enhancing my international business acumen and leadership potential.
