As an Information & Business Analyst, I have a wealth of experience in analysing operational requirements, problems and opportunities to identify effective business solutions. My expertise includes identifying business processes and conducting research from multiple sources including operational data, metrics, feedback, vendor data, and business partners. I analyse information for trends, patterns, gaps and insights to support project scoping, business cases, and decision making. Additionally, I conduct current state assessments, to-be/future state assessments, cost-benefit, and feasibility analyses. I have experience managing multiple stakeholders across several departments to blend an understanding of dependencies and integration that will impact project solutions and implementation. I also develop business readiness plans, taking into consideration IT deployment, data migration, capability deployment (training and engagement activities), and any business activities required to integrate new processes into the "business as usual" environment. My strengths include supporting stakeholders with the design, testing, implementation, and reinforcement of business process changes to improve business outcomes. I also excel in mentoring, training, and supporting other team members in business and data analysis, business process improvement, and automation development. I have a strong understanding of reporting and dashboard development, having developed, modified, and distributed standard and ad-hoc reports/dashboards throughout my career.
