About Sofia Acosta

I fell into content by accident in 2017, chasing stories that made people care. Since then, I’ve written, pitched, edited, launched, optimized, and reworked just about every type of content you can think of, with a strategy always humming in the background. At my last company, I helped get our product on TIME’s 100 Best Inventions of 2020 list and onto the global stage at COP26, where we won the Tech for Our Planet showcase. At Workleap, I became a full-stack content marketer. I lead our HR brand's blog, webinars, partner content, email marketing, and our recently rebranded newsletter, It’s an HR thing, where I play both editor and strategist. I'm also part of our growth squad, which means I test, learn, and tweak constantly. I care about making content that’s clear, useful, and real. The kind that helps people find what they need, and makes their lives at least a tiny bit easier.
