I believe myself to be hands-on, organised and capable of balancing my daily duties and with the ability to drive a business forward. I am hungry for success and am someone who can inspire people, encourage development and build strong teams. Right now I am looking to work in an environment that is both rewarding, challenging, and which offers real career progression opportunities. Working within Matalan over the last 10 years means I am equipped with several years of experience in management. Whilst working as an Assistant Manager for Matalan, I have supported the opening of Matalan’s first high street store as well as achieved year on year growth within my store. I have experience of working in Payroll, recruitment and HR. I strive to be the best that I can be at any given task or challenge. I have progressed within the retail industry from being an Administration Manager, Customer Service Manager to Assistant Store Manager, I have strong leadership skills, I push my team to be the best and I take great pride in my work. I truly believe "Team work makes the dream work".
