As a third-year Human Resource Management student at Technological University Dublin, I am actively preparing for my upcoming internship, bringing a dynamic blend of academic knowledge and practical leadership experience. My university journey includes roles such as a Peer Mentor, where I guide first-year students, and a TUD Student Ambassador, roles that have sharpened my engagement, and leadership skills. Throughout my academic career, I have excelled in creating supportive environments and leading initiatives, qualities that I am eager to apply in a professional HR setting. My ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, coupled with a detail-oriented and a strategic approach, positions me well for the challenges and opportunities of an HR internship.
