About Sofia Alexe

Driven by curiosity, my focus on the “why” in complex situations has allowed me to excel while reinventing corporate behaviors. I currently manage an elite group of professionals handling highly negotiated contracts for strategic customers. Emerging Executive Leaders program of the Hispanic IT Executive Council graduate, I believe the future of work is linked to perpetual evolution as a way of reshaping our reality. I turn knowledge into action and I m passionate about preparing others to achieve the best versions of oneself through critical thinking and positive leadership. Always drawn by multiculturalism, I collate global perspectives and continuously challenge myself to rethink the big picture. Within and outside of my company, I am actively involved in developing minority communities through volunteering, recruiting, creating mentoring connections.
