I'm currently formalizing this approach with a Master’s in Responsible and Sustainable Management at Sofia University, learning how to effectively translate high-level strategy into reliable, measurable, everyday actions. My foundation is in the necessary, hands-on work of HR and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Delivery. I'm the person who can step into a confusing process — be it admin or a clunky system — and quickly simplify it. I use analysis and a knack for innovation to make processes easier, faster, and more effective. Colleagues rely on me as the open, communicative partner who always ensures the delivery upholds ethical integrity. I see massive potential in blending this operational know-how with strategic responsibility to Drive Sustainable Change.
