I have great expertise in providing excellent and accurate service to customers’ requests in a timely and professional manner, as well as identifying and solving issues with customers’ accounts.My academic achievements reflect my research skills, critical thinking and data analysis skills, as I hold a First Class (90/100) final research project from my BSc in Forensic Psychology, having been awarded the BPS Tony Gale Memorial Prize for best undergraduate psychology dissertation.My experience has also given me the expertise to communicate efficiently with children and young people to promote independence, self-esteem and academic achievement in a school environment.
