About Sofia Constantinou

With over 3 years of experience in project management, I am passionately applying my skills and knowledge to create positive social impact. My legal background and experience and project management, enable me to bring diverse perspectives and insights to the projects I manage. I currently work as a project manager at the Center for Social Innovation (CSI), a leading organization that supports social enterprises, NGOs, schools and communities in Cyprus and Europe.At CSI, I am responsible for the implementation and coordination of EU-funded projects, ranging from cultural entrepreneurship, youth and community empowerment, digital skills, to security and sex-education. I communicate with partners in Europe and beyond, design and deliver project outputs, monitor progress and quality, and report results and outcomes. I also participate in transnational meetings and trainings, and actively contribute to the dissemination and evaluation of the projects. Through my work, I have developed skills in non-formal education, and a strong network of contacts and collaborators in the social innovation sector.
