I am a versatile and results-driven professional with a rich background spanning photography, administration, and the automotive sector. My career began in the field of image editing and archiving for an automotive magazine company, where I developed a keen eye for detail and creativity. This foundation led me to transition into administrative roles in Portugal, where I was responsible for various tasks including supplier payments, travel arrangements, and general office management. After moving to Luxembourg for nine years, I gained valuable experience as an assistant, working in a fast-paced environment that sharpened my organizational and multitasking skills and I learned French :) In 2020, I returned to Portugal and joined Stellantis, a global leader in the automotive industry. Initially serving as a Billing Specialist for the Marocco factory and then spare parts for France, I quickly evolved into the role of Supplier Account Manager in 2023. In this capacity, I oversee the accounts of over 60 suppliers in a direct supply flow to France, managing everything from communication to account resolution, while being the sole point of contact for these suppliers. I have a strong working knowledge of Excel, SAP, Power BI, and the full Microsoft Office suite. I am also responsible for creating and maintaining weekly reports for my entire team, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to drive informed decision-making. My ability to streamline processes and my commitment to delivering high-quality results have been key to my success. With a strong foundation in administration and a passion for continuous improvement, I am eager to bring my expertise in project management, supplier relationship management, and data analysis to any dynamic team.
