I work with scientists at all career stages and P.I.s (Principal Investigators), giving them the transversal skills they need to advance in their research careers — skills that are rarely taught during their studies but are essential to survive and move forward in the academic world. If you naturally have these abilities, great. If not, they can be learned and developed — and that’s where I come in. In today’s competitive research world, technical expertise alone is not enough. Scientists must be able to: • Communicate their research clearly and to different audiences • Lead and inspire diverse, international teams • 🤝 Collaborate effectively across disciplines and institutions, and different cultures My trainings are designed for the real-life situations researchers face — from their first poster presentation or conference talk to leading large, multidisciplinary projects. They are practical, engaging, and adapted to each group’s needs. I work with European research institutions, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Networks (MSCA-DN), and scientific organisations that want their research groups to succeed. Every session is built around real challenges from the research world, using tools and exercises that participants can apply immediately after the training.
