About Sofia Falcone

EN] Italian jurist, with a European and transnational background thanks to my studies at the University of Trento. My professional experience began immediately in the field of labor and social security law. After a long period of training in the European context, at a consulting firm, Eftheia bv, where I focused on understanding how workers move and what tools they need to be best supported, I began my traineeship to become a lawyer in Italy, so that I could put into practice the activities required to support these workers and the companies that employ them. Currently, I am a Mentor in the legal area at the University of Trento, I coordinate events throughout Europe to spread knowledge about the right of free movement for European workers and their social security rights, as well as to promote the research work we produce with Eftheia bv. At the same time, I work at the law firm of Avv. de Sanctis, where we assist both workers and companies in protecting their rights.[ITA] Giurista italiana, con una formazione europea e transnazionale, grazie agli studi presso l'Università trentina. La mia esperienza lavorativa è subito iniziata nel settore del diritto del lavoro e previdenziale. Dopo una lunga gavetta nell'ambito europeo, presso una società di Consulenza, Eftheia bv, cercando di comprendere come si spostano i lavoratori e di quali strumenti necessitano per essere supportati al meglio, ho iniziato la pratica per diventare avvocato in Italia, e poter mettere in pratica quelle attività che occorrono per supportare questi lavoratori, e le aziende che li assumono. Ad oggi, sono Mentor dell'area giuridica dell'Università di Trento, coordino eventi che hanno luogo in tutta Europa per diffondere la conoscenza del diritto di spostamento dei lavoratori europei, ed i loro diritti previdenziali, nonché per promuovere i lavori di ricerca che produciamo con Eftheia bv, ed al contempo lavoro presso lo studio legale dell'avv. de Sanctis, con il quale seguiamo lavoratori ed aziende nella tutela dei loro diritti.
