As a Country Sales Manager at Shiji Group, I provide customers with innovative technology solutions for the hospitality industry, such as PMS, POS, Spa & Golf Management and more. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, I have a deep understanding of the market needs and trends, as well as the challenges and opportunities for growth and improvement. One of my proudest achievements was designing and implementing a new CRM tool and a Membership Loyalty Program for NAU Hotels & Resorts, a large Portuguese hotel chain. This involved contracting a new software and coordinating its integration with the PMS system, defining the program levels and benefits, and training all the involved collaborators. This project enabled the hotel group to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as to optimize their marketing and sales strategies. I also hold a Cornell University certification in Introduction to Global Hospitality Management, which demonstrates my commitment to learning and excellence in this field. I am passionate about delivering value and quality to my clients, and I enjoy working with multi-national teams and diverse stakeholders. Besides Hotels I also have experience in Travel Agencies, International Events (soccer & motorsports) and Banking. Also in love by traveling the World, my paddle board and my family.
