Leading UX Research to Drive Innovation & Agile AI Opportunities I’m a Senior UX Researcher with a passion for turning user insights into real product impact. With a strong background in Legal Tech, FinTech, and Automotive, I’ve spent the past years leading discovery work that empowers teams to build meaningful, user-centered solutions. My daily work revolves around driving and moderating discovery processes in interdisciplinary teams – including product managers, designers, and engineers. I guide teams through user research, facilitate collaborative workshops, and ensure user voices are front and center. A big part of my role is identifying Agile AI Opportunities based on real user needs. I strongly believe in the power of AI to accelerate research processes, generate smarter insights, and foster innovation. I don’t just observe AI – I use it. From planning to analysis, AI is embedded in my workflow and helps me – and my team – move faster and more effectively.
