Throughout this time, I’ve collaborated with cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights from customer sessions and research tools to align design solutions with both business goals, development and user needs. I led the creation of scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across a suite of applications through comprehensive documentation and patterns, information architecture, service blueprints, and system mapping.
