Hello! My name is Sofia Kimuyu, and I am an aspiring chemical engineer and entrepreneur. I am an avid environmentalist and enjoy learning about ways to lighten my personal environmental footprint. My enthusiasm for the environment and love of science have developed into a specific interest in clean energy, especially hydrogen production and applications. I am also fascinated with finance and believe that in order to truly change the world we need to bring science to market, which is why I aspire to be an entrepreneur in the green economy. I have grown up in Mozambique, Kenya, and New York and seen extreme poverty up close.
