About Sofia Lindberg

Passionate, positive and goal-oriented health enthusiast, with experience from online business development, product marketing, product development & sourcing within the FMCG sector. Certified Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher. It was my huge personal interest in health food products that led me to Superfruit Scandinavia, a pioneer in the superfood business and the first company to introduce the Amazonian super berry Acai to the Swedish market back in 2007. Since 2013, when I joined the company, the superfood market has exploded and today foods like spirulina, chia seeds and goji berries are more popular than ever. One of the most exciting things I do in my role is finding new and upcoming health foods and develop unique products to expand Superfruit’s product portfolio and growing the business further. Being a super nerd when it comes to all things health and wellness, spotting new trends, doing research in this area and being able to launch products I believe in is really rewarding to me. Another one of my personal interests, namely fitness and exercise, led me to the job I had before Superfruit Scandinavia. As the product manager for fitness apparel and equipment at Gymgrossisten AB I was responsible for creating and developing a new department on the company’s online platforms in the Nordic Countries and Germany. For me it is important to really believe in the company and the products I represent. It has been a winning concept so far to focus my time and energy on the things I love and am passionate about, wether that is fitness fashion or health food products. In my future career I will stay true to that and continue to do what I love.
