As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it."- Steve Jobs I've always been looking for my passion and I've always loved challenges. However, in whatever function I go through, I believe that we should always do what we propose in the best possible way, even if that is not our final destination. I started my work journey very early, since I was 16 I wanted to be independent and go through practice, whether it was hard or not. At that age, I started working part-time in restaurants, as PR at Boavista F.C and at summer festivals. These works, however small, made me see different perspectives of the world of work. Mostly they taught me to gain more maturity, to have a broader notion of the job market, to improve my communication skills, to deal with different types of people and to have persistence and perseverance. In college, upon finishing a degree in International Relations with a minor in Management, I started an internship at Salvador Caetano África. Both in the internship and after the internship, I learned to fight against adversity, especially when it comes to working with markets that are not very developed, where creativity and patience are very necessary, characteristics that I also acquired with this experience. Every day I learned new things and acquired soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication with different people and countries, responsibility and accountability, critical thinking, etc. When working in Project Management I learned a lot with time management and people management. I also developed an interest in Marketing, in the more digital and communication area and I have an increasing passion for the fashion and cosmetics industry. Looking to the future, I see myself as a dreamer, dedicated, motivated and with ambition to reach further and further and develop more and more of my potential.
