About Sofia Luchetti

Currently, I am graduated in Food Technology and Biotechnology (master's degree) at the University of Perugia, Italy. I studied at the University of Ghent in Belgium through the Erasmus program between September 2020 till May 2021. Since I lived a positive experience there I decided to do an internship at the same university, therefore I undertake a stage at the Department of Food Technology, Safety and Health of the University of Gent (Belgium). I am a food technologist interested in the development of new products and technologies according to the goals set fixed. I can work both in team and independently. I am comfortable into multicultural, challenging and dynamic environment. I have critical and analytical thinking in experiments and projects aimed to find solutions. I am interested to work in implementing new food products or technologies/machinery. I would also manage food marketing strategies and projects. I am a creative person with a proactive attitude facing challanges. I am a motivated person able to create a positive environment both in work and personal life. I respect assigned deadlines without accumulating and trasmissing stress. I am capable of empathy and active listening.
