About Sofia Moers-Kennedy

I like variety of people, place and content in my roles. I relish the chances to facilitate and coach others to develop their own knowledge and skills so that they can reach their full potential. I enjoy being part of a diverse team and love seeing what 'makes people tick'. Moving into Health, Safety, Environment and Quality roles has brought together the broad skillset previously gained in Training, Recruitment, HR, Business Management, Sales and Administration. I have previously run my own business and at other times held independent roles in which I’ve used my calm, cheerful, creative and resourceful nature. I enjoy the various dimensions of HSEQ, the people focused nature of ensuring everyone is on the same page, working towards everyone going home safe and sound, every day is what I find particularly exciting. Quality relationships are what drives me. I am a diplomatic, conscientious team member who keeps communication channels open and looks for ways to consistently make progress developing more effective and efficient systems and processes.
