Over 7+ years of experience in Admin, HR. My debut was at TTK London Industrial group, after my degree completion Le Royal Meridian was my second venture, Currently working with Fidelity as a HR Coordinator(Operation) Working in Campus recruitment HR core. Bringing Fresher from IIT/ NIT across India. Provide Training and Assessment to them for 3/4 months before the placement. Taking care of the Operation part such as Badging, Maintaining, Record Keeping, communication to the Interns/ Associates and support the Project Managers in terms of assessment and Placement. Also working with the Global team as a part of the program. Other Capabilities: Calendar management for the HR Program. Managing Visitors/ Expats at Reception for Badging and providing access levels. Initiating Background verification process. Trained at handling Emergency situations such as using AED / CPR / Fire extinguisher. Handling staffs attendance /Shift Rota. Maintain files, records and documents manually as well as on computer. Travel arrangements and hotel booking and compile routine exceptional reports. Handling all the correspondence (like emails, fax and telephone calls) of CEO. Provide word-processing and secretarial support. Handling daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports. Collating details for Management information Systems (MIS)/ Monthly managements Reviews (MMR). Ensuring F&B Services on Time delivery such as Breakfast /Lunch /Dinner /Midnight snacks. Coordination for Events, Room arrangements, Visitors arrivals follow ups. Conducting Female Training for Housekeeping staffs.
