Before transitioning to coaching and training, I honed my ability to navigate complex challenges during my tenure at the esteemed Abreu & Associados law firm. As an ICC Certified Coach and Trainer, I have had the privilege of impacting over a thousand students across Europe, underscoring my commitment to excellence in professional development. At SPACE44, I am also responsible for creating and maintaining workflows, ensuring they are up to date and accommodating necessary changes. These workflows are crucial for efficient onboarding and consistent practices. Additionally, I leverage AI to design innovative prompts and workflows that enhance productivity and achieve complex tasks efficiently. Over the years, SPACE44 has had the privilege of collaborating with industry giants such as ZEISS, BMW, Bayer, and Allianz. We've also championed the growth of innovative startups like Principia Mentis and Circuit-Booking, as well as the fast-scaler BetSoftware, Africa’s biggest betting provider. Additionally, we've built a non-technical business team for Big Wave Surfer Sebastian Steudtner following his 26m World Record, embodying the same spirit of excellence and resilience.
