As a Senior Clinical Studies Coordinator at UT MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER, I oversee all aspects of the conduction of clinical trials in the field of blood and bone marrow transplantation, with over 10 years of experience in this role. I am passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance, data quality, patient participation, and operational efficiency in every project I manage. I collaborate with physicians, PAS, RNs, and data analysts to document patient care, monitor outcomes, and report research data using multiple data control systems. I also provide professional and ancillary staff with continual opportunities for development by organizing specialized trainings, programs, conferences, and other continuing education activities. I have achieved outstanding results in data accuracy, compliance, and error rate reduction, as well as successful completion of complex and fast-accruing studies. I am motivated by the mission of advancing the science and practice of blood and bone marrow transplantation and improving the lives of patients with hematologic malignancies.
