To successfully scale and build impact ventures or transform more traditional businesses you need to define the brand purpose while creating offerings and solutions with the customer at center, creating desire and removing hinders – shifting challenges to commercial opportunities. Building a strong brand and customer experience needs an equally strong culture - because the culture is the brand, and the brand is the culture.
