Hi! I'm Sofi, a marketing enthusiast. I currently live in Barcelona and work as a Digital Marketing Specialist at a multinational company called Werfen. I have a Master's in Marketing, Sales, and Sustainability from the University of Barcelona and a Marketing degree from the Catholic University of Asunción, Paraguay. I'm also studying a Postgraduate in Business Management at EAE Business School. I strongly believe that a brand is more than just an identity; it has the power to create emotions that lead to ACTIONS. Connecting with customers is key, and personalization, customer service, and quick responses are the values that help brands grow in this fast-changing and competitive world.
