About Sofia Russey

As a Communication and Leadership graduate from UT Austin, I have a passion for understanding and enhancing the success of leaders and organizations. I was recognized as a Distinguished College Scholar for placing in the top 4% of my college, and I gained valuable experience as the Vice President of Membership Experience for a large student organization, leading the adaptation and retention of members during the Covid-19 pandemic. I applied my education and skills to my roles at Werq, an executive coaching and strategic advisory firm, where I supported a top-class team of coaches and experts, improved processes and workflows, and managed relationships with clients across various industries and functions. I am now an operations analyst at FirstCall Mechanical, a rapidly growing platform of mechanical services companies in the southeast US and beyond. In this constantly-adapting role I collaborate with all departments and maintain relationships with leaders across all of our branches.
