Welcome to my profile. I am a mechanical engineer currently pursuing an MSc degree in welding engineering, with a focus on developing a Friction Stir Welding (FSW) mathematical model. My goal is to graduate this year and transition into the industrial field. My deep passion for engineering is evident in my active involvement in the welding community. Currently, I serve as the president of the University of Alberta student chapter and the secretary of the Chilean section chapter. With a strong foundation in understanding the physics and mechanics of materials, metallurgy, calculation methods, algorithms, and the application of computer-aided engineering tools, I am well-equipped to solve complex problems. I excel in collaboration and quickly adapt to new tools, fostering strong working relationships with colleagues. My expertise spans materials engineering, engineering design and analysis, metallurgy, welding, statistical model construction, computational analysis, and the application of theoretical models. I am proficient in Matlab, Python, Latex, Thermocalc, JMatPro, Fusion 360, Power Bi, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows.
