About Sofia Scaff

Since I can remember, I have always wanted to travel the world. I have always been curious about people, cultures and different places. And my professional career mirrors these passions- I graduated as a Psychologist in Brazil- I have a double Master's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from the UK and Spain- I have been working for the last 5 years in the HR department, as Talent Acquisition, Business Partner and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Manager- I speak three languages fluently, Portuguese, English and Spanish (and I'm learning the forth, Italian!)- I had the opportunity to be part of an international scenario for the last three years, which only reinforced my perception that being around different people is what enables us to create a fair, happy and prosperous society- And, most importantly, during my whole career I have been able to help people and create social impact through my work as a Human Resources professional, volunteering, research and academic projects, as my goal is to allow people to feel comfortable and belong wherever they want. I'm excited to say this is only the beginning!
