In March 2022 I moved to Milan to start my experience as digital sales in the fashion industry at Hearst Magazines (publisher of ELLE, Marie Claire, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Esquire) managing partnerships with luxury and fashion, in Italy and in the global market; analyzing the new brief and developing a custom made proposal for our clients; managing more campaigns at the same time; managing the execution of our projects; developing best cases in collaboration with our creative team, our marketing team and internal and external stakeholders; analyzing competition and new trends in the digital market constantly. I consider myself to have strong relationship-building and communication skills, that works well with my organizational capabilities, and my ability to focus on results and paying attention to details, I am a fast learner who enjoys being a team player, bringing my point of view and contributing with my opinion. Moreover, my previous job as sales representative at UberEats improved my skills in reaching target and increasing company’s revenue. Previously from July 2020 I started my experience in RO-MI Digital, digital agency, founded by the Italian fashion influencer, with whom I collaborated in activities such as digital PR, social media management, content creation, brand styling and consultancy. Thanks to this experience, I’ve learned to develop tailor-made strategies for new niche luxury brands, create original and quality content, and take my first steps in the world of creative world. In these circumstances, I learned the importance of delivering consistent results overtime, providing clients with new strategic perspectives and insight to generate value. I am full of energy, dynamic and, most of all, I am very organized in everything I do, I am very good at multitasking and I am very good at scheduling my everyday tasks setting priorities. I felt in love with fashion when I was just 8 years and then growing up I kept cultivating my passion, in fact I enrolled in the post-graduate degree in fashion, luxury, retail management at the Sole24ore Business School in November 2019, after graduating in economics and management. Then, I graduated with honors in January 2023 in Economics and Communication for management and innovation at La Sapienza, acquiring transversal skills in the economic and managerial fields, but with a strong focus on communication, innovation, and digital aspects. I am confident that my professional and academic experience, my passion and my motivation make me a valuable for any company I'll work in.
