I am fully CeMAP qualified (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) and have access to a comprehensive panel of over 50 UK lenders, enabling me to recommend a suitable mortgage product for my clients. I provide professional, focused advice to assist clients purchasing their first home, moving home, re-mortgaging or simply looking to protect their existing home, health and loved ones. I offer my clients a full admin support including liaising with estate agents, or New Build developers, solicitors to progress the legal aspects of property purchase. I also ensure that my clients have suitable and adequate insurance policy/ies in place, so that if the worse happens they have ‘peace of mind’ for themselves and their families.
