Hello, I'm Sofia, and I'm passionate about project management. Although I didn't initially choose project management, as I often say, the profession chose me, and deep down, it has always been a part of who I am. This role entails maintaining a balance between ensuring a satisfied client and a happy team. People are my motivation, and their well-being, along with fostering a sense of belonging within a team, is crucial to me. I believe in being present during both the good and challenging times. One of the most rewarding aspects is when individuals start recognizing us as leaders, offering support, and following our decisions.
