Sofia is currently working as Project Manager & Business Developer in SIBS Processos. Led several projects in different business consulting areas, having had the opportunity to develop an in-depth knowledge of Retail Banking/ Financial Sector core business processes, the industry regulation and supervisory requirements. Liaison between different functional, technical and support areas within the organizations, acting as a centralized within the projects involved.
