About Sofia Vendrame Ferreira

As a RFP Success Manager, I’m part of the operations team to make sure that all commitments made by hotels with our customers are accurately assessed and managed to ensure successful outcomes. During my internship in the Enterprise Solutions department, I collaborated with the team to provide solutions, support, and account management for corporate customers. This experience taught me how to handle business travel arrangements and focus on enhancing the overall experience and success of corporate clients. In my academic life, my goal is to contribute to scientific research in the field of tourism through my academic work and research articles. I graduated at Instituto Federal de São Paulo as Tourism Manager in 2023. In 2019, I graduated as a technician in Nutrition and Dietetics, integrated with High School, from the best public school in my city, as per the 2021 IDEB ranking. I have attained a High Intermediate level (8) in English, as indicated by my ILAC Online Test Result. Furthermore, I possess intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and basic knowledge of LIBRAS (Brazilian Sign Language).
